For the last eight months I was very upset about my sins and thinking about people who had wronged me. I was angry, upset and restless
and I prayed for many months, but I did not have peace in my heart.
One day, as I confessed my sins to God in prayer, I felt very
light and peaceful. Since that moment I have been much relieved and happy and I can say that God has forgiven my sins. I am also praying
for another person, and asking the Lord to give me the gift of forgiveness. I thank the Lord my God.

Why give our testimony?
Paul continually shared with the early churches about the way in which he was living out the call of God.
He was careful to share his life and call with the early church to encourage them, to set an example, and to stir them to
follow the call of God in their own lives and churches.
Many times people around you have a desire to follow God but are afraid
to step out in faith. As you follow God and share how God is working in your life, your testimony serves as a source of encouragement
to other individuals who may be hesitant to release their own lives to God. Sharing your calling with your church and living out this
call among the fellowship of the church serves as an encouragement to the entire church body.
